Please follow the instructions below:
- If there is no menu at the top of the IE browser, press the ALT key on your keyboard to open it.
- Click Tools from the menu at the top, and then click Internet Options.
- Click the Security tab, and then click Trusted sites.
- Click the Sites button.
- Ensure the Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone check box is NOT checked
- Click Add.
- Click Close, and then OK
- Reload the Communication Service webpage.
Mozilla Firefox
If you are using an Firefox 22 or lower, you can fix this by performing the following actions:
- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- On the Content tab, then click to select the Enable JavaScript check box.
- Click OK and then reload the Communication Service webpage.
Google Chrome
If you are using an Google Chrome, you can fix this by performing the following actions:
- Click Customize and control Google Chrome (the icon with 3 stacked horizontal lines to the right of the address bar)
- From the drop-down menu, click Settings
- At the bottom of the page, click Show advanced settings...
- Under Privacy, click the Content settings... button
- Finally, under the JavaScript heading, select the Allow all sites to run JavaScript radio button
- Reload the Communication Service webpage.
